Luigi Vegini (1975)

Born in Italy, currently lives in Bergamo. 

At the end of 1999 he approached photography as a self-taught. In the following years he attended several workshops with masters of photography.

He combines the study of photography through books with the passion of collecting photographs of various Italian and international artists, from whom he understands the importance of quality fine art printing. 

He has exhibited his photographs in group and personal exhibitions in Italy and France at festivals, private galleries and art fairs.

His photographs have won several awards in competitions and have been published in national and international magazines and catalogues. 

His works are part of private and public collections such as Schweizerische Stiftung für die Photographie, Maison Européenne de la Photographie (MEP) and Musée Nicéphore Niépce. 

In 2009 he had his first artist’s book “Polafiori” published by Fotofabbrica Edizioni Arte. 

ANNA POLITKOVSKAJA was published the same year by Rai Trade and Promo Music, featuring his stage photographs.
